Delivery plan

Select

We assess traffic, fleet demand, access, utilities, equipment space, land rights and delivered-gas costs before selecting a location.

System interfaces

We have allocated US$5m to gas logistics and mobile infrastructure in our plan. We will confirm each station’s supply route, scope and vendor costs through engineering and procurement review.

Engineering & safety

Use competent specialists for project-specific hazard assessment and applicable approval requirements. Evidence: risk reviews, action register, approval tracker and emergency planning.

Operations & assurance

Our delivery plan combines regional teams, qualified contractors and central programme oversight. We will assign clear responsibility for budgets, approvals, inspections, maintenance, incidents and reporting to the board.

Capital strategy

We will build site budgets from quotations for equipment, civil works, power, logistics, engineering, approvals, working capital and contingency. Before committing, we will test the effect of lower sales, higher gas costs, downtime and slower collections.

Commissioning & acceptance

Agree acceptance criteria and verify readiness before service. Evidence: completed tests, closed critical defects, training, emergency drills and formal handover.
